Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Mix in the soy sauce and maple syrup.
  5. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
