Instructions
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
Mix in the soy sauce and maple syrup.
Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
