Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cashews, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  5. Let cool before serving.
