- 1 cup Raw Cashews soaked overnight
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Herbs chopped (e.g., parsley, dill, chives)
1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
2. In a food processor, combine cashews, garlic, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, water, and salt. Blend until smooth.
3. Stir in the chopped fresh herbs.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
