  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Herbs chopped (e.g., parsley, dill, chives)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. In a food processor, combine cashews, garlic, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, water, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped fresh herbs.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
