  • 1 block Extra Firm Tofu pressed and drained
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Toss the tofu pieces in the mixture until well coated.
  5. 5. Spread the tofu pieces on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. 6. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
