Main Ingredients
- 4 Portobello mushrooms stems removed
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture onto both sides of the portobello mushrooms.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until tender and grill marks appear.
Serve hot.
