Main Ingredients

  • 4 Portobello mushrooms stems removed
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the portobello mushrooms.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until tender and grill marks appear.
  5. Serve hot.
