Ingredients

  • 1 cup Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh thyme chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and chopped thyme.
  3. 3. Cook gently for about 5 minutes, making sure the garlic doesn't brown.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  5. 5. Strain the oil into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
