Garlic Herb Roasted Vegetables

- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 cups Carrot slices
- 1 cup Bell pepper strips
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers.
Add the olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
