- 4 large sweet potatoes cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato wedges, olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the sweet potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
