  • 4 large sweet potatoes cut into wedges

  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato wedges, olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the sweet potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
