Ingredients 

Dough Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Garlic Oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  5. Divide dough into small balls, roll into ropes, and tie into knots.
  6. Place knots on a baking sheet, bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. In a pan, heat olive oil, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  8. Toss baked knots in garlic oil and sprinkle with parsley.
