  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the asparagus and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately.
