Garlic Lemon Kale Spaghetti
A simple, delicious vegan pasta dish with garlic, lemon, and kale.

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- 1 lemon lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add chopped kale to the pan and cook until wilted.
Add cooked spaghetti to the pan. Pour lemon juice over the top and toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
