  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli florets, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
  3. Spread the broccoli mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy.
