Garlic Parmesan Asparagus Recipe

- 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast for vegan 'Parmesan'
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place asparagus on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes until tender.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper.
