  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast for vegan 'Parmesan'
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place asparagus on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
  4. Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes until tender.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper.
