Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Vegan parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  3. 3. Add flour, salt, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5. Roll the dough into breadstick shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. 6. In a small bowl, mix the remaining olive oil, minced garlic, and oregano. Brush this mixture over the breadsticks.
  7. 7. Sprinkle vegan parmesan cheese over the breadsticks.
  8. 8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
