- 1 head Broccoli cut into florets
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast for vegan parmesan flavor
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli florets, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
Spread the broccoli mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with nutritional yeast. Toss to coat evenly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
