Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Potatoes peeled and cubed
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Vegan Parmesan
- ½ cup Vegan Butter
- ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
3. Add the minced garlic, vegan butter, and almond milk to the pot.
4. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
5. Stir in the vegan parmesan, salt, and black pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
