Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast for vegan 'Parmesan'
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, optional

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add cooked pasta to the pan. Toss to coat with garlic and olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle nutritional yeast over the pasta. Toss again to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
