Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup vegan Parmesan cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with vegan Parmesan cheese and serve.
