Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vegan shrimp
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Vegan parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add vegan shrimp and cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in vegan parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
