Garlic Parmesan Vegan Shrimp

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Vegan shrimp
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Vegan parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add vegan shrimp and cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Stir in vegan parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
