Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Spaghetti
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast optional
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the red pepper flakes, if using, and cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat with the garlic and oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with nutritional yeast and fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
