Instructions
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into small cubes.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the potato cubes to the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are golden and tender.
