  • 4 medium potatoes washed, peeled, and cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, optional

Instructions 

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into small cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the potato cubes to the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are golden and tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
