Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
