- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
