- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cauliflower florets, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well-coated.
Spread the cauliflower mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
