  • 2 cups Chickpeas cooked or canned, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and paprika. Toss well to coat.
  3. Spread the chickpeas evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
