Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add sliced bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli florets.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
