- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup bell pepper strips

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer.
