Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Stir in soy sauce and sesame seeds.
Add cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
