Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and sesame seeds.
  5. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
