Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Vegan shrimp
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup Nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 12 oz Fettuccine pasta

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add vegan shrimp to the skillet and cook until heated through.
  4. 4. In a blender, combine almond milk, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  5. 5. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the vegan shrimp and garlic. Stir to combine and cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the sauce.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
