Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. 5. Toss in the cooked spaghetti and nutritional yeast. Mix well.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
