- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 4 cups Spinach fresh
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Add chickpeas and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-5 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
