  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 4 cups Spinach fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add chickpeas and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
