  • 4 large Portobello mushrooms stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Baby spinach washed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add Portobello mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until tender.
  4. 4. Add baby spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
