- ½ cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup water more as needed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
1. Add tahini, garlic, lemon juice, water, olive oil, salt, and cumin to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add more water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
