Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup water more as needed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add tahini, garlic, lemon juice, water, olive oil, salt, and cumin to a blender.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add more water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  3. 3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
