Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu cubed
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Toss tofu with soy sauce and cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add tofu, cook until golden.
  3. Add garlic, cook until fragrant.
  4. Add vegetables, stir-fry until tender.
  5. Mix hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil; pour over veggies.
  6. Stir well, cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
