Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Toss tofu with soy sauce and cornstarch.
Heat oil in a pan, add tofu, cook until golden.
Add garlic, cook until fragrant.
Add vegetables, stir-fry until tender.
Mix hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil; pour over veggies.
Stir well, cook for another 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
