Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Firm Tofu drained and cubed
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine tofu, cornstarch, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and soy sauce to the pan. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
