  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 baguette, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon tomato mixture onto toasted baguette slices.
