  • 3 Green Plantains peeled and cut into 1-inch slices
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the plantain slices and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. 3. Remove the plantains and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  4. 4. Using a spatula, flatten each plantain slice.
  5. 5. Return the flattened plantains to the pan and fry again until crispy, about 2 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove from the pan, place on paper towels, and sprinkle with minced garlic and salt to taste.
