  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup Sliced carrots
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas. Stir well.
  4. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
