  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.
  3. Add the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
  4. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
