Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fruit juice any flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Agar-agar powder
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine the fruit juice and agar-agar powder.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. 3. Add sugar if using, and stir until dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into molds and let it cool to room temperature.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
