  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 4 cups bok choy chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add bok choy and mushrooms, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
