Ginger Garlic Bok Choy and Mushrooms

Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 4 cups bok choy chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
Add bok choy and mushrooms, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot.
