Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Mix soy sauce and maple syrup, pour over vegetables.
  5. Add cornstarch mixture, cook until sauce thickens. Serve hot.
