Ingredients

  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions 

  1. In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, maple syrup, and grated ginger.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth.
  3. Add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan and whisk well.
  4. Cook over medium heat until the glaze thickens, about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool before using.
