Main Ingredients
- 3 cups mango chunks (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
1. Add the frozen mango chunks, grated ginger, coconut milk, and maple syrup to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
4. Scoop and serve.
