Ginger Mint Mojito
A refreshing vegan mojito with a twist of ginger and mint.

Main Ingredients
- 10 leaves Mint fresh
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 cup Sparkling water
- 1 cup Ice crushed
Muddle the mint leaves and grated ginger in a mixing glass.
Add lime juice and sugar, and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Fill the glass with ice and top with sparkling water.
Stir gently and garnish with a sprig of mint.
