Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 leaves Mint fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Sparkling water
  • 1 cup Ice crushed

Instructions 

  1. Muddle the mint leaves and grated ginger in a mixing glass.
  2. Add lime juice and sugar, and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and top with sparkling water.
  4. Stir gently and garnish with a sprig of mint.
