Ginger Peach Sorbet
A refreshing vegan sorbet made with fresh peaches and a hint of ginger.

Main Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 0.25 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a blender, combine peaches, lemon juice, ginger, and the sugar syrup. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches a sorbet consistency.
