Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

Instructions 

  1. Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. In a blender, combine peaches, lemon juice, ginger, and the sugar syrup. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches a sorbet consistency.
