Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Ginger root, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add sliced ginger root and minced garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in vegetable broth, soy sauce, and maple syrup. Stir well.
  4. 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot as a side dish or over rice.
