Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 lb Vegan Clams
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add vegan clams and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in soy sauce and vegetable broth, bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until clams are tender.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
