Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
