Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
