  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 shot Espresso Optional

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat until warm.
  2. Whisk in the cocoa powder, maple syrup, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Continue to heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
  4. Pour the mixture into mugs and add a shot of espresso if desired.
