Main Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar

- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 ¼ cups almond milk
- ¼ cup molasses
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your waffle iron.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, mix the almond milk, molasses, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown.
